4. Pricing and Payment

5. Digital Product Licence
When you purchase a digital template or resource, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own business purposes.
You may:

You may not:
Resell, redistribute, or share the template files with others. Offer the template for download on any website or platform. Use the template to create products for resale. Claim ownership of the original template design. Remove or alter any copyright notices embedded in the files.
This licence is for a single business entity. If you operate multiple businesses requiring separate capability statements, a separate licence (purchase) is required for each.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, templates, and downloadable resources, is the property of Capability Statement Australia or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.
Our templates are provided for your use under licence as described above. The original template designs remain our intellectual property.
Content you add to templates (your company information, logos, images, and text) remains your property.
7. Refunds and Returns
Digital Products
Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital products, all sales are final once the download link has been accessed.
We will provide a full refund if you have not downloaded or accessed the template files and contact us within 7 days of purchase, if you received corrupted or incomplete files that we cannot resolve through redelivery, or if you were charged in error.
We cannot offer refunds if you have downloaded the files, change your mind after purchase, or lack the required software to use the template.
Professional Services
Refunds for professional services are handled on a case-by-case basis according to the terms outlined in your individual service agreement or proposal. Generally, deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
