All products on Capability Statement are digital downloads. Once your purchase is complete, your file is available for immediate download.

All sales are final.

Because our products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense, we do not offer refunds once a file has been accessed or downloaded.

Exceptions

We will issue a full refund if:

• Your file fails to download or is inaccessible after purchase
• The file you receive is corrupted or unusable
• You were charged more than once for the same order
